Will the Cardinals pass on QB Kyler Murray?

in Analysis/News/Podcast

The 2019 NFL draft process has been quite the roller-coaster ride for the Arizona Cardinals. They’ve gone from the assumed landing spot for Ohio State’s Nick Bosa to the natural fit for QB Kyler Murray because of new coach Kliff Kingsbury’s offense. But do we really know what they’re going to do with that first pick?

According to general manager Steve Keim, Arizona hasn’t decided who they’re taking. And while that’s probably a big ‘ole smokescreen, it does create at least a sliver of doubt in whether Murray is a lock to be the first player chosen.

I dove into this topic, as well as a discussion about Duke QB Daniel Jones and Gil Brand’s ranking of the top 150 players in the class on the latest episode of the With The First Pick Podcast. Enjoy!
