Blockbuster Trade: Broncos acquire Russell Wilson from Seahawks

Moments after Aaron Rodgers signed his massive extension to remain with the Green Bay Packers, one of his expected suitors — the Denver Broncos — struck a blockbuster deal to land Seattle Seahawks superstar, Russell Wilson.

The Seahawks are receiving two first-round picks in the deal, per Fox Sports’ Jay Glazer:

The details of the trade haven’t been announced yet, but it’s safe to say the Broncos are no longer on the clock at No. 9 overall.

It’s been reported by Tom Pelissero and Adam Schefter that the Seahawks are also getting quarterback Drew Lock in return.
