The NFL’s trade deadline is quickly approaching, and teams looking to make a last-ditch effort at upgrading their roster for a Super Bowl run have to get deals done before the clock strikes 4:00 p..m. EST on Nov. 3.
The Saints and Titans took their swings on Monday, acquiring some defensive pieces that should help their playoff chances.
New Orleans acquired linebacker Kwon Alexander from the 49ers for a conditional fifth-round pick in the 2021 NFL draft and the Titans sent the Chargers a sixth-rounder for defensive back Desmond King.
