Syracuse safety and potential early-round pick, Andre Cisco, announced Wednesday that he’s declaring for the 2021 NFL draft despite suffering a season-ending ACL injury earlier this year.
#Syracuse S Andre Cisco, who tore his ACL during a pregame warmup accident, has officially decided to enter the NFL Draft, signing with Andre Odom and David Mulugheta of @AthletesFirst. Cisco is a potential first-round pick, who is doing his rehab at Proactive Sports.

Cisco is considered by most NFL draft analysts as a top-five safety prospect who’s hovering just outside the 50 best prospects in the nation. His knee injury will knock him down most draft boards and could push him into Day 3, but assuming he makes a full recovery, he’ll be an NFL starter sooner than later.
Cisco appeared in two games this season, totaling 11 tackles and one interception. He finishes his Syracuse career with 136 tackles and an impressive 13 interceptions over the last three years.
