Lawrence will be the first overall pick to the Jacksonville Jaguars after a career at Clemson that included 40 starts, 10,098 passing yards, 90 touchdowns and just 17 interceptions.
Lawrence will be the first of several quarterbacks likely to be picked in the top 32. He’ll be joined by Ohio State’s Justin Fields and BYU’s Zach Wilson as first-round certainties, while North Dakota State’s Trey Lance, Alabama’s Mac Jones, and Florida’s Kyle Trask have received first-round praise as well.
