Fans of teams hoping to land a franchise quarterback in the 2021 NFL draft couldn’t be happier this holiday season, as Wilson joins Clemson’s Trevor Lawrence and Ohio State’s Justin Fields as bonafide blue-chip franchise quarterback prospects.
Zach Wilson this season tied Steve Young and Taysom Hill most BYU QB rushing touchdowns in a single season (10).

The buzz around Wilson has never been louder. Some draft analysts now have Wilson ahead of Fields in the race for QB2, and while I’ll reserve my opinion until after I complete their 2020 film study, there’s a good chance I’ll be in that camp too.
Wilson entered the Boca Raton Bowl having completed 73.1% of his passes for 3,274 yards, 30 touchdowns and just three interceptions.
Zach Wilson is BYU's new single-season pass efficiency rating record holder: he ended at 196.44 this season (old record: Jim McMahon, 176.87 in 1980).
